Do you carry other color options aside from what's on the website?
We do have other Butter by Nadia color options available that are not shown online. If you are interested in other color options please email sales@bennyandshaw.com

Do you gift wrap?
At the present time we do not offer a gift wrapping service on clothing, however you do have an option (available at checkout) of including a complimentary gift note with your order. Presently we are offering gift wrapping on jewelry.

How do I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you can only ship to one address per order. You must place multiple orders for multiple shipping addresses.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Paypal is our credit card processor (you do NOT need a Paypal account to use Paypal).

Do you have another means of placing orders?
We do have a safe and secure shopping cart, but if you choose, we do accept orders placed via email. When placing an order by email please send your name, contact information (including area code and phone number), the item(s) and quantities you're requesting to sales@bennyandshaw.com . A representative will contact you by phone as soon as possible for billing information.

Who is charged sales tax?
All orders shipped to New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax on the total order amount.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship within the forty-eight contiguous US states and to most international addresses. For international orders our cart automatically charges a $45 international shipping fee. This usually covers shipping via USPS Express International (approx 5-10 business days) to most destinations. If you would like your order expedited and sent via FedEx with a guaranteed delivery date, either please order through the cart and write in the “special instructions” box that you would like your order expedited and we will contact you via your email address provided with a quote or you can email us at sales@bennyandshaw.com prior to ordering with your order request, shipping address, telephone #, email and we will get right back to you with a quote. If you do not use the cart option, upon confirming our quote we will send a secure payment request via Paypal (you do not need to sign in or have a Paypal account to complete this and can use credit card).

How will my packages arrive?
They will arrive via FedEx or USPS Monday through Saturday. We make every effort to mail out packages within 24-48 hours of when an order is placed (holidays excluded). You will receive an email when your package has been shipped. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 3-7 days. All packages will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. We recommend shipping to your business location if someone is unavailable to sign at your residence.

Do you offer Rush service?
At this time we offer FedEx 2-Day Express Delivery - Monday-Friday by 4:30 p.m. (2 business days to most areas by 7 p.m. to residences). To qualify for same day shipping order must be placed by 2pm EST.

What is your return policy?
If guidelines are followed below, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, all with tags still attached except for certain sale items marked "sales final" on the items page.

For returns or exchanges:

- Write us an email including your original order number to sales@bennyandshaw.com within 5 DAYS of receiving your order, letting us know you are returning or exchanging an item.

- All returns/exchanges must be approved by us. Do not simply send the order back (you will not receive a refund or return of merchandise)

- Upon approval of return, you have 10 BUSINESS DAYS for return to reach us.

- Place item(s) in original packaging and ship back to us (we recommend insuring as you are responsible for lost packages) to Benny and Shaw. We will give you the return address upon approval of your return.

- Shipping and handling on returned/exchange merchandise is non-refundable (including rush option). Return shipping is at your own expense.

- There will be a $15 restocking fee on all returned clothing.

- On "Free Shipping" promotional items: regular shipping and handling fees will apply to all exchanged merchandise.

- We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items plus regular shipping cost when they are ready to ship.

- We DO NOT accept returns on International Orders.

Jewelry Information
Each piece of Kayla designs jewelry is meticulously hand-crafted with carefully selected semi-precious stones and 14K gold filled or sterling silver metals. Please note: due to availability and the natural variation of the stones, pieces may vary slightly.

Jewelry Care
To ensure the longevity and preservation of your piece, we recommend putting on jewelry after you have applied any perfumes, hair products or lotions. The alcohols and chemicals in these products can be harmful to the stones and metals.

Included with each piece you order is sealable bag. We recommend continuing storage of your piece in such a bag to slow the natural oxidation or change in color of the gemstones and metals that can occur when exposed to air. Polishing cloths are also excellent for removing tarnish on both gold and silver.

Colors
We have taken great care to accurately depict the color and clarity of the pieces on our site. However, due to the color calibrations of your monitor, you may see variations between the colors displayed on your monitor and the actual color of the piece.
